We are looking to strengthen our team at our location in Munich as Projektleiter (m/w/d) for tendering / award in part time / full time

Head of our 6&7 performance phase project for demanding private and public builders Active participation in the procurement and tendering strategy – in close cooperation with the project team and the client Digital quantity determination as a basis for precise and economic tendering Creating factory-specific performance directories Determination and evaluation of construction costs based on the created performance directories Publication and control of tenders via common procurement platforms Values and verification of tender results and offers Support of technical bidding talks up to the award decision

Education: Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering (Dipl.-Ing./Master/Bachelor), architecture or a comparable qualification (e.g. construction technicians with corresponding experience). Experience: Professional experience in tendering and awarding (LPH 6-7) Knowledge: Safe handling of VOB readiness to use, responsibility and cost awareness You work structured, have a strong understanding of numbers and also retain the overall economic outlook in complex projects. In addition, you are characterized by commitment and responsibility. Language: Very good German knowledge in word and writing for communication with builders, planners and companies
