Calculator - Serial Housing / Cost Engineering (m/f/d)

You accompany product development in a calculator-strategic manner and continuously advise in the development process of a modular wood hybrid construction system – focusing on production costs, design, function and life cycle You analyze and implement cost optimizations by using methods such as design-to-cost and standardization in terms of construction technology to identify and realize savings and optimization potentials in the construction system You are responsible for the project calculation in the serial construction system and create the costing for concrete implementation projects of the system in close coordination with the distribution You coordinate the interfaces between planning, product development, purchasing and sales

You have completed your studies in the field of civil engineering, industrial engineering construction, architecture or comparable technical training with corresponding additional qualification You have several years of professional experience in costing and/or in cost engineering, ideally in serial or industrial housing You have a well-founded knowledge of the application of costing methods, in particular design-to-cost, TGA and raw costs, as well as life cycle costs You are safe to use common costing and planning tools (e.g. iTWO, Excel, BIM software, AVA systems) You think analytically with a high level of cost and quality awareness and are communication-intensive at interdisciplinary interfaces (planning, product development, sales) You are a:e team player:in with own initiative and solution orientation and are interested in sustainable and resource-saving construction
