IT-Systemadministrator (m/f/d)

In your role as an IT system administrator (m/w/d), you will work together with the team to ensure the stable, secure and sustainable operation of our customers' IT landscapes. Here you take on varied tasks with real practical relevance: You continuously manage, operate and develop Windows server environments of our customers and ensure their availability, security and performance. You are responsible for the operation and support of Microsoft 365, in particular Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive, and support our customers in the daily use of these platforms. You actively participate in cloud and migration projects, for example in the introduction or further development of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, and accompany customers on their way to modern, hybrid IT structures. You serve modern IT infrastructures as well as managed service environments, analyze existing systems and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services. As part of the 1st and 2nd level support, you are contact persons for our business customers, analyze disturbances, solve technical problems independently or in the team and ensure sustainable solutions. You create and maintain technical documentation, work structured and actively contribute to the optimization, standardization and further development of the supervised systems and processes through your work.

You have a completed IT training (e.g. technical informatics system integration) or an IT study and are interested in actively shaping modern IT environments. Whether entering a profession or already with experience – your motivation is crucial for us to develop professionally and take responsibility. You master the German language very well in word and writing (at least level C1) and can communicate safely with customers and in the team. Their mode of operation is structured, reliable and solution-oriented, even with more complex technical questions. Teamwork is of course for you: You appreciate the exchange with colleagues, support others actively and constructively engage in joint solutions. New technologies awaken your curiosity, show high learning readiness and the need to continuously expand your knowledge. Ideally, you already have practical experience in several of the following areas – missing knowledge can be built up with appropriate motivation: Administration of Windows Server environments Basic knowledge of network technologies Experience in handling Microsoft 365 Understanding Active Directory and Users Rights management Basic knowledge of cloud and hybrid scenarios (Microsoft 365, Azure of Advantage) Safe handling of ticket or support systems as well as service-oriented work Basic understanding for IT security topics and clean documentation
