In the operational day-to-day business, the team ensures the smooth implementation of the national and international inaccessible payment transactions of the Deutsche Bundesbank. In doing so, you cooperate with the relevant IT operating points and analyze and troubleshoot errors and disturbances in the supervised systems. In case of a malfunction, ensure transparent communication and support crisis management in the solution. Processes and workflows around payment processing and account management check regularly, identify optimization potentials and implement improvements independently. In addition, you will be able to advise and support internal specialist areas as well as bank and non-bank customers in all questions regarding payment processing and account management – also in English. The processing is carried out at the locations Frankfurt and Düsseldorf.

Bachelor or equivalent degree in a subject relevant to the subject (e.g. economics or business informatics) OR completed commercial training with at least three years of professional experience in a work area relevant to the position knowledge of the legal bases of inaccessible payment transactions and of settlement and communication systems used (e.g. SWIFT) Good technical understanding and interest in handling IT applications Ideally professional experience in the operational field of payment transactions Good analytical and conceptual skills and sense of responsibility Self-employed and at the same time team-oriented Very good German and good English language skills readiness and suitability for an activity with offset working hours (usually between 5:30 and 20:30) as well as on occasional holiday work
