IT Project Management in Corporate Development (m/f/d)

As a driving force for strategic and cross-departmental IT initiatives, you actively shape the further development of our company. You are responsible for pioneering digital projects – from the optimization of internal process landscapes through projects in the context of the Microsoft Power Platform to the introduction of new systems – always in close coordination with internal departments, our IT unit and external partners (m/w/d). You take over the project management throughout all phases and ensure that technical, economic and cultural aspects are taken into account in a similar way through their methodologically sound approach. You specifically identify optimization potentials, translate technical requirements into technical solutions and act as a connecting interface You accompany change processes with fingertip feeling and develop pragmatic, scalable solutions that strengthen our information and process architecture in the long term. You ensure that governance, security and compliance requirements are taken into account and implemented in your projects.

You have a successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification with a pronounced IT affinity. You bring several years of experience in managing complex IT projects – ideally with cross-disciplinary responsibility. You understand that complex issues are precisely structured, transferred to targeted communication and that both technical and technical-strategic relationships are safely controlled. Their work is characterised by analytical thinking, a high self-initiative and a strong solution orientation. You communicate safely at all levels and convince as a loadable team player (m/w/d) with high self-motivation Their very good knowledge in handling MS Office programs lead to high-quality presentations with clear storyline, which also convince on board level.
