Senior Specialist Global Mobility Payroll (m/w/d) Global Mobility Payroll: Scheduled payroll for international shipments (Expats, Inbounds) and Cross Border cases in compliance with tax and social insurance regulations HR Operations: Human resources management in the international environment incl. Implementation of dispatch contracts and communication with external bodies such as tax consultancy companies, social security institutions and offices Consulting: Advice from employees, executives, global mobility consultants and foreign HR functions on personnel topics in German and English Accounting: Own-responsible billing of dispatch-related personnel costs abroad, invoice payment, bookings, account adjustments Projects: Working in internal and overarching projects with the introduction of technical requirements and cooperation with HR interfaces Process Optimization: Active process optimization with focus on customer enthusiasm and high-quality personal services in SAP personal systems

This brings you as Senior Specialist Global Mobility Payroll (m/w/d) Education: Successfully completed commercial training or comparable university studies Global Mobility Payroll: Multiannual professional experience in payroll for posted employees and cross-border employment Payroll expertise: Detectional expertise in German payroll accounting with SAP HCM as well as deeper knowledge in German social security and wage tax law IT knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office, Outlook, teams and SAP application programs (especially SAP HCM and SAP Finance) Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Working methods: high level of self-initiative, team player, quality and result orientation, strong ability of problem analysis and solution finding, strong ability to perform tasks under term printing Digital Affinity: Interest in developing your knowledge in new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence or Internal ChatGPT
