In this position, you take a central role between operational project management and continuous process optimization. You not only keep the day-to-day business running, but also actively shape the further development of our structures. For our highly motivated team in the area of Central Project Coordination, we are looking for your smart head for our location in Essen at the closest possible time.

Daily business and system responsibility: Maintenance and administration of projects, subcontracts and resources in our project management database (Projectron BCS) Support for project leaders:in planning, managing and completing their projects Monitoring of project key figures and compiling regular reports Ensuring compliance with internal PM standards and procedures Training and user support for our tools Perspective and further development: Working on the further development of PM processes, methods and tools Support for system updates and implementation of requirements analyses with various stakeholders Identification of optimization potentials (KVP) in interaction with specialist areas and stakeholders Accompanying change processes within the framework of strategic realignment

A successfully completed study of BWL, VWL, Business Informatics or comparable training First professional experience in project management or PMO environment – welcome in the group or consulting environment Understanding project management methods and interest in systematic work and process optimization Structured, independent mode of operation and high communication capability Safe handling of MS Office, experience with Projektron BCS of advantage Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
