You support the administrative day business of the HR department You work in recruiting and onboarding processes, including support in candidate language and selection You are active in the field of personal marketing, e.g. in the creation of job advertisements and care of employer profiles You take over general support activities such as compiling documents, processing of data, compiling tables, reports and presentations You support the implementation of various projects across the HR sector, in particular in the area of personnel development and integration You participate in the organisation and implementation of employee training and events You support the maintenance and further development of the internal HR system You work closely with the various HR teams to ensure a smooth running of personnel processes
