Within the E-Learning area, you will participate in the creation and management of Web-Based Training (WBTs) and Learning Management Systems (LMS). You support our team in developing new learning modules and contribute to the continuous improvement of our digital learning opportunities You actively shape the training concepts for the international market launch of new products The results of the training measures and events evaluiate you and introduce these findings into the creation of new WBTs You can demonstrate your creativity in creating content for our social media channels You will gain insights into the conception and development of e-learnings with authoring tools and in the performance of training, webinars and live streams

You are studying pedagogy, media informatics, communication design or a related study course or have recently completed such a study You are creative, team-ready and have fun developing innovative learning solutions You are safe in handling MS Office programs and have already worked with video editing programs Ideally, you have first experiences in e-learning or content creation Good knowledge of English complete your profile
