Start your trainee program at CA Auto Bank and learn how modern B2B and B2C sales work at the interface between bank, car house and end customer. This is what awaits you with us – your rotational phases In our 24-month junior program, you'll run through the main stations of our sales and understand the business model of a car bank from scratch: Dealer and Key Account Support: You start your internal service and learn how we support our partners (automatic houses and dealer groups) in sales financing and mobility products. Practice at the front (external service): You accompany our Area Sales Managers to the car houses on site. You learn how to advise traders, plan sales and maintain long-term partnerships. Digital Sales & Product Management: You work on modern mobility concepts (e.g. online financing, leasing platforms, auto subscriptions) and optimise the customer journey. Interface competency: Short assignments in credit and risk management as well as marketing complete your understanding of how a secure and successful sales business is created.

Foundation: a successfully completed economic studies (Bachelor/Master) with a focus on sales, automotive industry, finance, or a comparable qualification (e.g. automobile businessman/woman with strong training background). Petrol in blood: You bring a high affinity for the automotive industry and new mobility trends. Sales Mint Set: You are strong in communication, think customer- and solution-oriented and have fun in networking and negotiating. Flexibility & Drive: As sales also take place on site with the dealer, you bring a high level of readiness to travel (class B). Good English knowledge of word and writing Safe and competent occurrence Motivation and willingness to continue and further education
