We are experts for IT personnel and commercial professionals in the transfer of employees and in the Service and work contract. Our customers are IT system houses, IT manufacturers and IT service providers. We are the IT service provider

For our renowned customers we are looking at the Reutlingen, Heidelberg, Wörth am Rhein, Munich, Nuremberg, Ulm, Hannover, Bielefeld, Münster, Leipzig

ASSESSMENT

• Bringing IMAC Activities (Installation, Move, add, Change) • Configuration and installation of PCs, notebooks and printers • Documentation of orders in a ticket system • Editing Troubleshooting in the client area (hard and software) • Troubleshooting for network problems at clients/cable workplace • Onsite support in client area

KENNTISSE

• Complete training in the field of IT and/or corresponding professional experience • Very good knowledge of IT infrastructures and common Microsoft operating systems Win 8 and 10 (ideally existing MS certifications) • Reliable, independent and process-oriented work • Experience in customer care • Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing • Class B driving licence

SERVICES

• Collective contract (iGZ/DGB) • Solid monthly salary including over-tariff payment • Project allowance from the first day of use • Holiday and Christmas money to iGZ • Personal care
