You sell freight, calculate market-oriented freight prices and make direct contact with our customers: inside You coordinate and accompany our transports reliably and efficiently, from pickup to delivery With a growing network of national and international forwarding partners for strong cooperations, you are struggling with long-term relationships and are constantly creating new contacts You regularly and develop existing processes and structures to continuously optimize processes

You have a completed commercial training, e.g. as a forwarding businessman (m/w/d), or several years of professional experience, e.g. as a disponent (m/w/d) in the forwarding and logistics You work independently, pragmatically and like to take responsibility – a real hand-on mentality You draw your attention through communication strength, negotiation skills and joy in customer contact – in German and English You actively participate in the team, share your knowledge and enjoy joint success You have experiences in the field of disposition, which are of advantage, but no compelling prerequisite – motivation and readiness to learn count more
