• Full or part-time (min. 60% AZF)- at our locations Tauberbischofsheim and Mosbach. Also possible with a lower working time factor (min. 50%), since the areas of responsibility of the function can be clearly defined from one another and can be divided as required. You take over a central leadership task at an important interface of our bank. Together with your team, you ensure that processes in passive business and payment transactions work reliably, customer-oriented, efficient and audit-proof.

Your duties You lead, coach and develop the employees of your team and create a motivating, performance-oriented collaboration. You plan, prioritise and manage the tasks in the areas of market succession of liabilities and payment transactions. You ensure the timely and high-quality processing of business incidents, control tasks and quality assurance measures. You ensure high technical standards and compliance with regulatory, fiscal and internal requirements. You analyse key figures, quality evaluations and causes of errors and derive effective improvement measures. You actively contribute to the introduction of new processes, systems, products and work instructions. You predict capacity and resources – including projects, regulatory changes or increased workflow. You work closely with market, production, IT, compliance, law, revision and external service providers. You communicate transparently with the department management and translate strategic goals into concrete, feasible measures for your team.

What you bring: You have successfully completed bank-based training or a comparable qualification – ideally complemented by a further qualification. You have a well-founded knowledge of passive business, payment transactions and bank-based market follow-up processes. Regulatory and tax requirements are familiar to you. You bring experience in quality assurance, control and optimisation of banking processes. You have already controlled operational units, professional teams or complex work processes – first leadership experience is advantageous. You are sure to deal with key figures, reporting, quality evaluations and error analyses. You combine quality awareness and analytical thinking with a structured, solution-oriented way of working. You convince with leadership, communication skills, sense of responsibility and joy of cooperation.
