Claims Specialist (m/w/d) & Telephone Service

You use Kfz-Schäden (KH and Kasko) by phone, put them in the system and advise our insured persons, members and claimants in case of damage As part of active damage management, the main focus is on the telephone communication of cooperating service providers and reviewers to your area of responsibility You determine the amount of damage (reservation) and check the documents related to the damage They process simply stored KH and Kasko damage in case-closing As part of project work and special tasks, you will make a valuable contribution to the further development of the departmental objectives

You have successfully completed the training as a merchant/buyer for insurance and finance, insurance department, or have comparable qualifications You have a technical knowledge of insurance with a focus on motor vehicles and are interested in handling damage across multiples It distinguishes a high degree of negotiation skills and persuasiveness, especially in telephone communication You have gained first experience in the project(with-)work and show willingness to take on special tasks A strong team capability is just as important as your skills as flexibility and reliability
