System Engineer Sovereign Cloud (w/m/d)

permanent employment, full-time, Frankfurt location

For the reliable and secure operation of our private cloud platform, you support our customers in challenging technical challenges. In doing so, you connect operation with project work – from onboarding new customers to implementing complex infrastructure projects.

A modern platform with clear operating processes awaits you in which you take responsibility and bring your experience in a targeted manner. Your tasks include:

Technical implementation of customer onboardings and cooperation in infrastructure and migration projects Analysis and sustainable troubleshooting in the 2nd and 3rd level environment Structured error analysis and development of efficient and practical solutions Administration of complex customer environments focusing on Microsoft technologies as well as cooperation in infrastructure and cloud projects Technical contact for customers, partners and manufacturers Documentation of system landscapes and operating processes

In addition to your professional expertise, you convince by a structured way of working, clear communication and a high sense of responsibility. In addition, you will ideally bring the following skills and qualifications:

Completed IT training, study or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the operation of virtualized infrastructures Finded knowledge of VMware vSphere or a comparable virtualization platform Very good Windows server knowledge and a good understanding of network infrastructures Experience in hosting, cloud or data center environment Independent, solution-oriented operation Very good German and good English skills
