You actively shape the pedagogical work with girls and boys from the age of 3 to the school entrance, with the focus on nature and experience education You accompany the children in their everyday life in the forest and promote their individual development processes holistic You enable the children to experience a variety of natural experiences and strengthen their independence, creativity and joy of movement You understand building a trusted parental partnership with parents and regularly conduct parental and family talks You convey our educational and natural pedagogical concept to children and parents and implement it in your work You actively shape our diaconic work

You have a state-recognized completed training for the educator (m/w/d), a completed study of social education or childhood education, or a comparable training according to §7 KiTag You have ideally experience in working with families and children aged 3-6 years and in nature and experience education You have the pleasure of making the kindergarten day mostly outdoor – in any weather You have a high level of sense of responsibility, in particular with regard to supervisory and safety in the natural environment. You are collaborative, motivated and committed You are creative, flexible and willing to adapt to the special circumstances of a forest kindergarten You are interested in actively shaping the conceptual and educational development of the institution
