Working Student Data and Contract Management (m/f/d)

Strengthen our Strategic Planning & Transformation area in Munich (Germany) at the next possible time.

• Support in project coordination in the Global Service & Support Management associated with the implementation of monthly KPI evaluations

• Documentation and presentation of project results, as well as visualization of strategies, project goals and milestones (Jira, Confluence) in close coordination with the team

• With the help of creating contributions and further development from the Service Knowledge Base (DE/EN) and process documentation as the basis for internal AI support

• Support in the development and adaptation of templates and documentation in Confluence, Excel and PowerPoint to improve transparency and efficiency

• Operational Service Contract Management

• Continuous studies in Business Informatics, BWL, Computer Science, Data Science or a comparable study

• Basic knowledge of project management: scheduling, milestone tracking, stakeholder communication and tool usage (JIRA, Confluence)

• Secure handling of Excel (Pivot, apply formulas, etc.) and other MS Office tools

• Proactivity and joy in working in the international environment

• Reliable and structured working method paired with communication strength in German and English
