We are looking for our center vehicles, for the new city, full-time Manager (m/w/d). People work with us for people. With our modern vehicles we have made it our task to bring all passengers to their destination quickly, safely and conveniently. With your team you will ensure the reliable operation of our trams in Bremen and around the clock every day and You ensure that maintenance and cleaning are implemented professionally, on time and according to internal and external requirements, such as BO Strab. You prioritise technical availability, quality and cost-effectiveness and continuously develop maintenance and personnel planning. You carry your team binding, clear and value-adding and promote the professional and personal development of your employees You take responsibility for occupational safety and health at work You actively promote the development of processes and structures and participate in projects or take them

Complete vocational training as a mechatronic (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) and further education as a master or technician (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), alternatively a completed study with the focus on mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable Multiannual experience in the field of rail vehicle technology and its maintenance (required) Strong (cooperative) leadership and communication skills and a pronounced social competence Entrepreneurial thinking and action, creativity and openness for innovation and the willingness to advance changes Class B driver's licence, as well as the driving licence for the guidance of Strab workshop trains (or the willingness to obtain them) Good knowledge of M365 and SAP (required)
