Daily journals are controlled by you and forwarded to the personnel department. The receipt and forwarding of medical messages are carried out reliably by you. Processing and management of premiums are in your field of responsibility. As a contact person (m/w/d), you can help employees with concerns, concerns and organizational issues. The installation of new employees in the in-house warehouse operating system and the maintenance of the data are taken over by you. Creation, care and labelling of shields in the storage area are also your tasks. Your own organization and ordering of demand materials, for example for the tea kitchen, will be ensured.

You will bring a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. Ideally, first experiences in the material processing, preferably in the warehouse or logistics environment, could be gathered. A structured, careful and independent way of working distinguishes you. High social competence and pronounced communication skills are your strengths. Safe handling of the MS Office world is assumed. Organizational talent as well as a pragmatic and solution-oriented mode of operation complete your profile.
