Operations Manager (all) Energy management – billing & revenue management Permanent job, Full time · Munich, Münster An occupation is possible at the locations Munich or Münster. An increased presence at the Munich site is expected in the incorporation phase in Münster.

Calculation & Revenue Management: Individual calculation of electricity, biomethane and heat incl. Market premiums according to EEG and verification of direct marketing proceeds. Market communication: coordination with network and measuring station operators at counter readings, MaLo/MeLo, delivery notes and break differences. Completion & Controlling: implementation of monthly final processes, participation in the annual financial statements, and work on budget planning and forecasts. Reporting & Analysis: Creation of meaningful reports and dashboards (e.g. revenue development, schedule accuracy, volume deviations) with Excel and Power BI. Performance & Interfaces: Monitoring of plant and accounting indicators in close cooperation with operational and regional managers. Systems & Processes: Maintenance of ERP and document systems (e.g. Wilken, Kendox), coordination of measurement point operator changes and automation of processes.

Training & Study: Completed studies of the business economy, economics, energy or comparable; alternative commercial training with relevant professional experience. Energy Economic Experience: First practice in billing, controlling, market communication or operations in the energy sector of advantage. Technical understanding: basic knowledge of EEG, direct marketing and energy-economic processes (electricity, gas, heat). IT & data competence: Very safe handling with Excel; Experience with Power BI or comparable reporting tools desirable. System affinity: routine or fast processing in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Wilken, Kendox) and interest in process automation. Working & Personality: Structured, independent and resilient; communication in exchange with internal and external interfaces.
