A ca. 20-strong team available, which will now be expanded due to further growth. In this course we are looking for a handcrafted home technician (m/w/d) with focus on electrical engineering.

Technical support for commercial properties, office buildings and laboratories in Dortmund, in particular with regard to the monitoring and operation of the industrial plants Self-fulfilment of repair and maintenance work and monitoring and control of service providers and maintenance firms Monthly collection and documentation of consumption data General tenant care General master activities

Vocational training in the field of electrical engineering (e.g. electronics for energy and building technology) with several years of professional experience Experience in technical support of commercial properties and office buildings desirable Willingness to take over all works arising from real estate management as well as to occasional readiness Very good German knowledge, driving license and solid PC skills (MS Offfice) Friendly occurrence in dealing with tenants and business partners Self-employed work (obtaining tasks independently perform and work), team skills (object support always together with 2-3 colleagues), sense of responsibility and organization
