As a new team member, you will support colleagues in the planning of various projects of major construction measures. The focus is on construction projects in the military sector and civil federal construction. Production of technical drawings and plans according to requirements, in particular in the field of heating, climate, sanitary and electrical and communications technology Creation of detailed drawings and schemes Implementation of technical calculations (e.g. heating load or hydraulic adjustment) taking into account required standards and guidelines You undertake collision and breakthrough planning and support in the review of measures

Compulsory requirements A completed training for the technical designer or , Fachrichtung You have a well-founded knowledge of the production of drawings and plans in the field of technical building equipment, in particular in the field of heating/climate/ sanitation and/or electrical/communication technology, including the required guidelines and standards. Funded knowledge in MS Office and relevant CAD systems (e.g. AutoCAD or possibly Revit) In addition, you have an overarching technical understanding and identify relationships through your overall view You are characterized by an independent, structured way of work and a sophisticated team idea. Very good German knowledge (min. C1) in word and writing You have a class B/3 driving licence and the provision of services within Schleswig-Holstein.
