HR division flow: You are going through central areas of human resources, such as recruiting, staff support and HR administration, and understand their interaction Recruiting and talent acquisition: You actively support applicant management, coordinate interviews and participate in the selection of new talents Staff support: You are a contact person for employees on personal topics and accompany the Employee Lifecycle from entry to exit HR processes and organisation: You are analysing existing human resources processes, identifying optimization potentials and implementing efforts. Project work in HR: You take on your own HR projects, e.g. in the fields of personnel development, employer branding or digitalization Connecting practice and theory: You apply your knowledge from your studies directly in the HR everyday and develop practical solutions

School completion and start of studies: You have a (special) degree and meet the requirements for a dual study in the field of human resources management or HR Passion for Human Resources: You are interested in HR topics such as recruiting, employee development and organizational structures Analytical Understanding: You want to understand, question and further develop HR processes based on data Communication strength: You go open to people, communicate clearly and work with different personalities.
