Teamleiter (m/w/d) (Job-ID 3944) As a team leader (m/w/d), you will ensure an efficient workflow for your employees, identify deviations at an early stage and provide assistance through appropriate measures. For this purpose, you are supported by your layer conductors in the individual layers (i.d.R. 2-layer rhythm). Their daily work with the employees is characterized primarily by communication strength and organizational talent. A high level of commitment and initiative allows you to ensure production in terms of quantity and quality.

• Discipline and professional leadership of a production team with currently approx. 30 employees
• Ensuring quality, timeliness and efficiency in your own area
• Accompanying technical and organizational projects in production
• Close cooperation with other production teams to optimize earnings

How to convince us

• Successfully completed technical or craft training as well as master training or a comparable degree
• Comprehensive specialist and methodological knowledge in the production environment, ideally in the textile industry
• First leadership experience on team or shift ladder level
• High level of commitment and initiative
• Ideally knowledge of LEAN such as 5S, Shopfloor etc.
