For our location Gera in the field of Mechanical manufacturing we are looking for a CNC machine operator machining center (m/w/d).

These are your tasks with us:

• Installation, operation and implementation of simple program changes in CNC machining centres in multi-machine operation
• the determination and coordination of the production order on the basis of existing production orders taking into account the set-up times; Defining/detuning of program links for multi pallet machines
• Selection and preparation of necessary tools
• Measurement, fine adjustment and optionally Adjust the tools
• preparation and construction of required clamping means and machining devices
• Preparation and adjustment of the test devices according to plan
• retraction and measurement of workpiece zero points
• Processing of the first part, testing and geometry measurement by QS, possibly Correction of measurements and parameters
• Control of accuracy, quality and completeness of workpieces
• Reading, correction and adjustment of CNC programs
• Disorder elimination after collision
• Repair of machine malfunctions, if necessary with the support of maintenance and cause analysis
• Maintenance and cleaning of machines and tools
• traceability and removal of the causes of defective parts
• Quality assurance and documentation on the production order
• Deburring of workpieces
• Implementation of transport activities
• Implementation of simple bookings in SAP
