Collection and processing of incoming enquiries and orders from our trading partners and related companies by telephone and in writing Coordination of internal and external interfaces for order fulfillment, in particular compliance with customer commitments and delivery dates Retour and complaint processing in cooperation with QS Customer correspondence and telephone calls
