Professional and disciplinary leadership of the multi-site team Payroll Ensuring legal, efficient and timely wage and salary accounting Exemption and processing of pay tax and social insurance issues Monitoring of social security and pay tax Interface to the team of occupational pensions Competent contact person for complex questions about pay tax, social security and tariffs Leadership and development of team members Interface for all internal and external stakeholders

The place is optionally to be occupied in Neuenstadt/Kocher or Neuss

Completed commercial training (e.g. tax specialist or personnel businessman) or comparable Alternatively: completed economic studies (e.g. economics, personnel, tax law, etc.) Multiannual professional experience in payroll accounting, and ideally leadership of teams Safe knowledge in labour, wage and social security law Very good SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors knowledge as well as safe handling of the current MS Office programs Leadership skills, organisational skills and a structured, empathic way of working and strong communication with high service orientation Ready for business trips
