As IT Lead (m/w/d), you play a central role in the further development and stable operation of our IT landscape. You are a professional and disciplinary manager in the field of Administrative IT and, together with your team and internal and external stakeholders, you are shaping future-oriented IT solutions. In addition to operational cooperation, you will introduce strategic vision, organisational strength and leadership skills.
Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Administrative IT sector incl. Personal planning, development and control
Responsibility for operating IT operations and ensuring a smooth helpdesk (technical & organisational)
First technical contact for complex questions (2nd/3rd level support)
Responsible planning, control and implementation of IT and digitalization projects
Development, optimization and documentation of IT processes, standards and guidelines
Support and co-design of ERP, collaboration and company-wide transformation projects
Administration and strategic development of our Microsoft-based cloud and server environments (Intune, Exchange, Entra ID, Azure)
Maintaining and developing network infrastructure (switches, firewall, VPN)
Control, coordination and quality control of external IT service providers and partners
Close cooperation with central units and departments to implement efficient IT solutions
Support and coordination of IT contact partners:inside our international offices
Development and maintenance of knowledge management, documentation and internal training concepts
Implementation of IT training and knowledge transfer for colleagues
Takeover of administrative and organisational tasks in the IT environment
Complete training as a specialist:in for system integration, IT studies or comparable qualification
Multiannual professional experience in IT system administration, ideally with first leadership or project responsibility
Knowledge of at least three of the tasks mentioned
Very good knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies or network infrastructure
Experience in the development and optimization of IT processes
Safe handling of English in word and writing
Designed leadership, communication and organizational skills
High level of responsibility, self-initiative and readiness to learn
