As Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) for real estate, you take a key role in the holistic management of our real estate projects. You are responsible for quality, dates and budgets, and your leadership skills ensure that existing buildings of different asset classes are developed sustainably, economically and sustainable – from conception to successful implementation.

Your future tasks

Own project processing (e.g. for the asset classes housing, accommodation) in all performance phases of HOAI. The focus is on the tendering and awarding of construction services, as well as the associated construction management. Control of workflows on site and communication between all project participants (internal and external service providers, approval authorities and other stakeholders) cost, contract and date management of your projects; you keep an overview of the progress of construction and make sure that all construction projects are completed on time, on the budget and in the required quality Creation of decision bases in cooperation with the relevant departments for management Participation in the digitization initiative, including the further development of the existing CAFM system

Completed higher education (architectural or civil engineering) or comparable qualification Template permission and at least ten years of experience in the field of construction Safe handling of relevant standards and legal bases (GEFMA guidelines, procurement law VOB) knowledge of fire protection Good knowledge in the Archicad and MS Office, ideally experience in handling CAFM systems Analytical thinking, target and result orientation as well as convincing communication Structured, independent and targeted working and team skills
