Scrum Master limited to 2 years (m/f/d)

For our Data, Security and Identity business segment in Tribe Advanced Intelligence we are looking for you in full or part-time as Scrum Master (m/w/d) in Munich or Karlsruhe from 30 hours a week. Note: This body is limited for 2 years.

Your tasks with perspectives You use the agile values and methods to the team by executing and explaining the principles associated with them. You promote the self-organized working of the teams and take a look at the whole for achieving the common goals. This is achieved through close cooperation and support of Product Owner in the usual Scrum events and close cooperation with the team as a mediatorin and motivatorin. Find and eliminate proactive stumbling stones and obstacles of the team and find ways to develop your team more powerful and agile. You are responsible for compliance with the agile processes that are part of our compliance requirements. Ideally, you can help with knowledge about the financial services industry and AI solutions that we use, for example, in the automation of bank-internal processes and thus bring our banks a further step into the future.

Your personality with profile You have a completed study of business or economics as well as several years of professional experience in software development and know the different roles and views of a cross-functional team. You have proven practice as Scrum Master with certifications in the agile environment and are familiar with the task of application development, ideally in the AI environment. You have good knowledge of bank operations and technical processes and can demonstrate practical experience in the application of planning methods, techniques and tools. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level). Your very good communication skills as well as your strong leadership skills with a cooperative leadership style are your best bet. You have already gained experience in agile teams, ideally in the banking or fintech environment.
