• Linux identifiers, at least at the level LPIC-1
• Knowledge of the application with Microsoft Windows, if possible also experience in the administration
• Knowledge of common network technologies and protocols.
• Ready for Hands-On support, direct user support and 1st level support
• Programming skills in Python and BASH
