Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

Your duties include: Cooperation with management in setting long-term targets for the company and with OEM customers Company representation to customers, partners and suppliers – both nationally and internationally Build a network within the OEM to collect information about new programs and product developments Promoting customer relationship management through regular local meetings Active management of the offer process for program acquisition and contract changes for all responsible programs. This should ensure early integration and that regional/global calls for tenders are prepared in time and in cooperation with the fields of operations, purchasing, technology and cost calculations. Preparation and implementation of the new business strategy and/or the strategy to attract regional/global programmes Development of annual business conditions for assigned customers and/or products Responsibility for the accuracy of data for Sales-Forecasts Monitoring and reporting on market conditions including pricing, market presence, technology, quality etc.

You should bring this with you: Complete economic or technical studies Multiannual experience with large OEM in the automotive and commercial vehicle industry Experience in program management in the OEM environment Comprehensive industry knowledge about customers and competitors Understanding advanced product quality planning processes Embossed understanding of the cost structure and drivers You are strong, have negotiation skills and a high level of responsibility You have very good English skills in word and writing The handling of MS Office products and ERP systems is obvious to you
