Financial accountant / accountant / tax clerk (m/f/d)

You take over the independent financial accounting for a permanently assigned company of the group of companies – in perspective especially for one of the larger operating units – and are responsible for the complete mapping of business transactions in the daily business. You shall draw up monthly accounts and annual accounts according to HGB and ensure that GuV, BWA and balance sheet items are comprehensible, tuned and loadable. You perform regular accounts, clarify differences and provide a clean account logic as well as a reliable database for internal evaluations and reporting. You process the central core processes of accounting, in particular creditor accounting, debitor accounting, banking and payment transactions, as well as – depending on the distribution of tasks – asset accounting. You create or answer the sales tax pre-registrations and ensure the timely work for further tax and commercial reporting topics. You are a specialist contact person (m/w/d) for accounting questions of the supervised company, agree closely with the commercial contacts on site and ensure a smooth flow of information between the operating unit and the central accounting. In addition, you contribute to the further development of processes and interfaces in accounting and introduce your experience in the standardization and quality assurance of final processes.

You have a completed vocational training for tax professionals (m/w/d) or a comparable commercial training with relevant continuing training in the field of financial accounting and have several years of relevant professional experience. You are safe in the processing of current business incidents and control the central core processes of financial accounting, in particular creditor accounting, debitor accounting, account voting, bank and payment transactions. You bring financial security to HGB and have created monthly financial statements regularly, as well as annual financial statements according to HGB independently created or co-responsively. You have experience in the sales tax daily and final business, for example in the creation of sales tax pre-registrations. You work carefully, structured and independent and keep an overview at all times for complex issues as well as relevant deadlines. You communicate clearly and reliably with internal interfaces and commercial contacts and are happy to work responsibly in a team-oriented environment.
