Master's thesis: Development of an internal marketing strategy for the successful communication of the technology strategy (m/w/d)

The ATLAS laboratory (A-LAB) for students and doctoral students deals with maritime technologies of the morning. In a team of young motivated employees, you get the chance to advance your research and development topic through support and in close coordination with our experts. Analysis: Analysis and evaluation of existing internal communication structures. Employee survey: Conducting employee surveys to capture the perception of technology strategy and research and innovation activities, engagement and motivation. Identification: Identification of communication gaps and potential for improvement. Concept: Developing a concept for optimising internal communication to increase the acceptance and commitment of employees to the technology strategy and research and innovation activities. Recommendations: deriving concrete recommendations for action to implement the concept.

You complete a master's degree in the field of BWL, marketing or communication sciences or a comparable subject. You bring interest in technology and innovative companies. Analytical skills and a pronounced communication style characterize you. Self-employed and structured working methods are set to the day. Knowledge in the field of employee surveys is advantageous.

Through the A-LAB, ATLAS ELEKTRONIK offers doctoral students and students the opportunity to work in an agile environment with an interdisciplinary team on scientific topics with high application relevance. As part of your doctorate, you will get the opportunity to work together with students on your scientific topic. The doctoral program of the ATLAS ELEKTRONIK supports you both technically, professionally and with expertise in the doctoral procedure with a respective university to be determined.
