Talent Acquisition Partner (m/w/d) – limited to 1 year About this position In this role, your main responsibility lies in managing the entire recruitment process and providing strategic support in the field of talent acquisition to win and select qualified candidates for the company. In addition, the talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for improving local recruitment processes, building talent pools and using system data and market trends to positively influence recruitment results. You will be part of a talent acquisition team and mainly in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).

Control of the entire recruitment process, including talent sourcing, pipeline building, screening, interviews and assessments, and continuous consulting of Hiring Managers during the process Take over the role as a process owner and expert (SME) in the field of talent acquisition and promotion of best practices within the recruitment function Cooperation with HR and Hiring Managers in the design and implementation of targeted recruitment campaigns to close strategic talent gaps and win the right candidates Building and maintaining strong relationships with executives, HR Business partners, employees and candidates to ensure a positive recruiting experience Continuous development of an understanding of market dynamics to optimize talent acquisition strategies Advice, training and support for executives and HR Business partners in recruitment strategies, processes and best practices The position is hybrid, preferably in the Rastatt region

Academic degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a similar field Multiannual experience in internal and/or agency recruitment, preferably in regulated industries such as medical technology, healthcare or manufacturing Detectional experience in supporting recruitment needs at all levels, including remote teams Safe handling of tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, Jobbörse and social media platforms for identifying and extracting top talents as well as continuous setup and maintenance of candidate pipelines Experience in cross-border recruitment German and English language skills in word and writing Very good interpersonal skills and clear and transparent communication Growth and improvement orientation as well as aspiration to keep up with the latest trends in talent acquisition
