Representation of the management of the social service in its absence Responsibility for the preparation of the care process taking into account the respective care stage Implementation of care visas Implementation of initial and consulting visits Working in outpatient care Careful and conscientious guidance of care documentation Working in the preparation of patient reviews of the medical service for the determination of the nursing stage Submit medicines by medical regulation/preparing and administering injections/application of associations/health treatment and stoma care Close exchange with nursing services (w/m/d) and regional quality management (RQM) Organization of festivals, events and excursions Development and implementation of concepts Guidance and review of nurses, nurses, trainees and interns Motivation, promotion and further development of employees
