With your sense of priorities, you make sure that bets run smoothly, schedules fit and the right people are in the right place at the right time First contact point for our customers: You accept service enquiries by phone and in writing, analyze malfunction messages and clarify first organizational or simple technical questions You know who will help you: For more complex topics, you can make sure that the request will quickly end up with the right technical contact or in the field service You bring structure into operational planning: You plan and coordinate our factory customer service operations all over Germany and keep dates, regions and meaningful tour planning in mind You keep all participants together: whether specialist craftsmen, plant operators or service technicians – you tune dates and make sure everyone knows when what happens You have dates and orders under control: You monitor the execution of our customer service missions and become active when something needs to be moved or reorganized You control our service orders: In SAP you place and process orders, first set service tickets and keeps customer, plant and order data up to date You remain: You consistently track open processes and ensure a comprehensible documentation You make our service a bit better every day: you recognize potential for improvement and actively contribute your ideas to the further development of our service processes In short, you are the organizational control center of our service – you coordinate, communicate, keep an overview and ensure that our customers get the right support quickly.

A good basis: You have a completed commercial or technical vocational training. Service lies to you: Ideally, you already have experience in customer service and know how important a fast, friendly and binding communication is. Technology doesn't scare you off: You bring basic technical understanding and interest in incorporating yourself into our products and plants. SAP is a plus: if you have already worked with SAP, the better. If you don't, a new system shouldn't take you off. Organization is your strength: Even if several requests, appointments and bets are on your table at the same time, you work structured and set the right priorities. You will be happy to communicate: on the phone, by email and in the team you will be kind, clear and binding. You take responsibility: You're not waiting for someone else to solve a problem, you're staying on it and finding pragmatic solutions. Even if it burns, you keep a cool head: A high request does not get you out of the concept – you remain solution-oriented and customer-friendly.
