Designer/Architect for façade design (m/f/d)

Designing differentiating facade concepts in a contemporary shape, material and colour language Strategic and competent positioning and design integration of our systems / products in designs and target groups Creating the necessary presentation documents in 2D and 3D with efficient use of the team-internal workflows and standard tools (e.g. Adobe Bundle) Technically competent (design / material / colour), written design documentation and explanation to the client. Presentation of concepts before contractors with the aim of project realization and customer loyalty. Daily planning and recording of all projects including planned processing time in the team workflow. Planning and awarding orders to external service providers. Implementation of the specified corporate and department strategies and the related measures. Implementation of target group binding measures as needed and in coordination with Head/In Design Participation in the further development of the StoDesign range of services

Completed studies (architecture, interior architecture, design) or comparable qualification (e.g. Technicians/in colour design Multiannual, task-relevant professional experience (ideally in the facade or material/color context) Creativity, as well as a safe sense of aesthetics, color/material and details Basic understanding for facade constructions and their framework conditions Travel readiness and safe occurrence Very good communication skills and convincing presentation and consulting skills Very good user knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Good user knowledge in 3D modeling/visualization (SketchUp; desirable: rendering and/or AI workflow) Safe handling of MS Office · Target-oriented, structured and time-saving operation (project organisation in team workflow)
