IT Specialist in Digitalization

Analysis of existing business processes and active implementation of digitalization potentials: You take responsibility for evaluating current processes and systems. Together with the departments, you identify optimization possibilities and take over the (partial) project management as well as the active implementation of the digital solutions (hands-on). You act as a central contact person*in for the departments, advise in process design, control the implementation by service providers or internal IT teams and ensure that digitization creates sustainable added value Advice and user-specific training of the introduced systems: You are the central contact person for all questions about the systems You have introduced. You advise the specialist areas in optimal use, organize training and, if necessary, carry out smaller, user-specific trainings Administration of the Microsoft 365 environment: You take care and further development of the Microsoft 365 environment. This includes the administration primarily from Exchange Online and in addition from SharePoint, Teams and Entra ID. You ensure the establishment, configuration and optimization of the services, ensure security and compliance and support your colleagues in matters and problems. In addition, monitor system performance, perform regular updates and work on the integration of new functions to continuously improve digital cooperation Coordination with internal stakeholders and service providers: You form the interface between the company and commissioned service providers with regard to the systems you have introduced and supervised. Documentation of the solutions used: You document the introduction or modification of IT systems in the corresponding Knowledge Base

Complete study of computer science, a technical course or a comparable qualification by several years, relevant professional experience Knowledge of IT project work and the analysis and technical implementation of automation processes Knowledge in data modeling, interface technologies (API management) and integration architectures Impressed affinity for digitization and interest in the latest technology Comprehensive knowledge in the M365 cloud environment (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID) Routinized handling of current Microsoft Business tools Structured, conceptual and analytical thinking Embossed solution competence Self-responsible work Communication skills and very good German and English skills (mind C1)
