Total responsibility for the planning, control and implementation of the Next Generation Headquarters (NextGen HQ) programme Coordination and control of external consultants:inside, specialist planners:inside and service providers (including workplace, architecture, TGA, construction) in close coordination with internal CREM functions Transfer of workplace, area and inventory concepts into prio­cated implementation measures, implementation waves and a roadmap Ensuring the objectives of the project with regard to quality, time, budget and feasibility, as well as the preparation of decision-making documents for management and bodies structuring and control of the project organization and relevant cutting points and ongoing reporting Active management of key stakeholders: including management, works council, user representatives, departments and other bodies Moderation of target conflicts and implementation of sustainable decisions in complex coordination and co-determination processes Control of change, communication and participation measures for the successful implementation of a workplace transformation

Completed studies in the field of real estate, architecture, civil engineering, facility management or comparable quality Multiannual experience in managing complex real estate, construction, modernization or workplace projects, ideally in the business or group environment Experience in cooperation with interdisciplinar teams and in the control of external service providers and specialist planners: Ability to translate strategic concepts into feasible measures, project plans and priority work packages Safe handling of complex stakeholder structures, ideally also in particular Competence in project management, pricing, reporting and decision-making High levels of implementation and a good understanding of intersections between workplace, construction, technological building, modernisation and budget logic High implementation orientation as well as very good communication and moderation capabilities at specialist and management levels experience in transformation, change or surface development processes; Data-based project control or digital FM/workplace systems are advantageous No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
