Strategic and operational development of Fundraising in cooperation with 2/3 teammates Development, implementation and monitoring of an integrated fundraising strategy (private donations, corporate cooperations, foundations, Major Donors) Establishment, maintenance and further development of a network of donors, business partners, funding foundations and funding providers Conception and implementation of branding and communication measures for programs and projects – in close cooperation with communication and programme areas Identification of new funding opportunities and development of innovative corporate social responsibility cooperation Responsibility for budget planning, achievement and reporting in fundraising Representation of the Foundation at external events and network meetings

Complete university studies in fundraising, marketing, communication sciences, non-profit management or comparable Multiannual experience in fundraising and funding acquisition Ideally experience in project management Experience in the branding of programmes and the presentation of social projects to support partners Strategic thinking and pronounced hands-on mentality Excellent communication, network and negotiation skills Safe handling of fundraising databases Identification with the objectives and values of the St. Elisabeth Foundation
