System-side, telephone and written processing of all customer requests including clarification of shipment differences in close coordination with other branches Systemic adjustment and control of inputs Telephone and written avenue of local transport Ensuring highest customer satisfaction through empirical and competent appearance Solution-oriented processing of concerns of our customers Close cooperation with adjacent departments to optimize internal processes Conducting consultations, information and complaints Active participation in error analysis and continuous process improvement and ongoing evaluation and processing of data to increase data quality
