• by obtaining caregivers or foster families through advertising, qualification and final aptitude assessment
• by granting a care permit pursuant to § 44 SGB VIII
• through the placement of care children in full-time care
• by intensive care family management during the integration phase
• through continuous consultation and support of the care centre
• by advising and supporting other services of the Youth Office in basic questions on full-time care
• through case-by-case tasks (e.g. organisation of training events for nursing parents, family day for nursing parents, offers for nursing children)

• with your completed studies in the field of social education, social work or medical education (each with state recognition) or in the field of education or childhood education, or with a comparable degree
• with your professional experience in the above mentioned area (required)
• with your good knowledge of MS standard software
• with your knowledge of child and youth aid law and family law
• with your knowledge of the legal foundations in nursing care or the motivation to work into this
• with your experience in consulting families, children and adolescents
• thanks to your high level of responsibility, high performance and reliability
• by your safe and value-assuring appearance, your team skills and your structured working
• by your willingness to create a flexible working time and your Ability to professional distance from difficult and possibly stressful individual cases
• with your class B license

This position is to be occupied in parttime (90%) in the Nursing Child Service and Adoption at the Backnang site. The place shall be occupied until 29 February 2028.
