a completed degree in the field of economics, construction and real estate, economic engineering or a comparable qualification (e.g. real estate businessman/wife) first professional experience in project development or project management a good understanding of commercial relationships and interest in sales processes very good numerical understanding and pronounced analytical skills IT-Affinity and knowledge in MS-Office a structured, independent and careful operation Responsibility, enforcement and self-initiative Communication skills and a safe occurrence
