Design and implementation of development programmes for New Leadership and Change with executives of different levels for clients: in the public sector Preparation, implementation and preparation of individual training and workshop formats for the generation of effective solutions within the framework of transformation projects Head of complex conceptual and operational tasks in learning and qualification processes as consultant:in, coach:in, coach and moderator:in Developing innovative approaches to leadership, organisational change and cultural work – with direct application and added value for our customers in the public sector Intensive project-related cooperation with other Kienbaum consulting practices (integrated advice approach) Active customer:internal management and engagement in the acquisition of new projects, design and implementation of acquiring diagnostic procedures Successive responsibility for the independent control and implementation of (partial) projects

You have multi-year coaching, training and moderation experience in a consultancy or a corresponding HR line function and ideally know the structures of the public service You have a (economic)psychological master or diploma course, ideally with a personal economic focus Certifications of renowned training facilities for aptitude diagnosis (e.g. DIN 33430), coaching, systemic advice or change, training and/or supervision / mediation or the like complement your profile You are characterized by excellent analytical and conceptual skills, an extraordinary willingness to use and always think of solution-oriented You show a strong interest in progress, change and innovation and are used to translate the knowledge gained into concepts that promise value and transfer success for our customers We require readiness for travel and knowledge of German at native language level for our project work
