Dietician for our gastronomy (m/f/d)

Your varied tasks include the careful final control of the food distribution band to ensure the highest quality and precision. You take over the preparation and preparation of all dietary and desired food forms, keeping in mind both nutritional and economic aspects. The compliance with legal requirements and internal standards, such as the hygiene regulations according to the HACCP concept as well as safety and accident prevention regulations, is obvious to you. In addition, you conduct individual consultations and co-speaking. With empathy and commitment, you can request the patient's menu requests and enter them electronically to ensure individual and needs-based meals.

You have completed vocational training as a state-tested dietist (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. First experiences in a similar position are advantageous, but not absolutely necessary. A safe handling of the HACCP guidelines as well as a well-founded knowledge in the application of kitchen management and menu ordering systems are featured. Ideally, you have already gained experience with the programs OrgaCard and Orbis. Their work is structured, independent and systematic.
