Our client is a large property owner based in Frankfurt am Main. For more than half a century, he has independently managed his real estate portfolio and is also responsible for maintaining, revitalizing and modernising existing properties in the respective regions in Germany. At the next time, we are looking for an object manager / real estate manager (m/w/d) in the commercial management area.

Commercial and technical management of assigned properties Completion of rental contracts and ongoing maintenance of leases (commercial areas) Coordination / project management of repair measures Implementation of ESG projects (PV / e-mobility / digital meter management, ...) Examination and conclusion of construction, plant, planner, maintenance and other contracts, depending on the volume, in close cooperation with the field of construction management Control and control of external service providers (housekeeper, FM, cleaning, security) Independent commissioning, monitoring and accounting of all measures and services Review of all property-related invoices, incidental cost management Central interface for internal and external contact persons

, Immobilienfachwirt (m/w/d) or Immobilienwirtschaft (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in real estate, especially in property management / property management, and thus “sattelfest” in the property management of commercial property Secure management of service providers including budget and cost control as well as experience in the lease and additional costs environment Access to technical matters and ability to assess repair measures Self-responsible, solution-oriented and conscientious operation Organisational strength, good communicative skills, enforcement ability and a safe occurrence readiness to travel
