Independent procurement and support of various packaging materials as well as ensuring demand-oriented, economic and timely supply of materials Collection, examination and comparison of offers and implementation of price and contract negotiations Selection, support and further development of existing suppliers and identification and qualification of new sources of supply Monitoring and evaluation of relevant procurement markets and price developments Coordination of needs, delivery dates and forecasts with suppliers and internal departments Processing of delivery bottlenecks, time deviations and complaints in cooperation with the relevant departments Working with the development and introduction of new and optimized packaging solutions Maintenance of purchasing, supplier and product data in the ERP system Support in implementing current packaging and sustainability requirements

completed commercial training, an economic study or a comparable qualification Ideally professional experience in purchasing, preferably in packaging Excellent cost awareness and good commercial and analytical understanding Negotiating skills and a safe occurrence towards suppliers Independent, structured and reliable operation Communication strength and joy in cooperation with various internal and external contacts Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is advantageous Good knowledge of English for cooperation with international suppliers
