You take over the professional and organizational leadership of our HLS division – with a clear focus on innovative product solutions You control and develop your team, consisting of project leaders, technicians and specialists, and ensure the highest quality, timeliness and cost-effectiveness You actively shape the future of the area and develop sustainable, scalable structures for sustainable growth You are responsible for resource and deployment planning and ensure efficient utilization of your teams As a central interface, you coordinate cooperation with internal departments, planning, purchasing and service and maintenance You ensure the quality of our projects – from planning to successful handover to operation You enjoy leadership and organization and motivate your team through clear structure, pragmatic solutions and hands‐on mentality

You have a well-founded training (e.g. master, technician or studies) in the field of supply technology, building technology or SHK You ideally bring multiannual experience in the HLS/TGA environment as well as leadership of teams or projects with You are a leading, structured personality with a strong organizational talent and the ability to motivate and target teams You think entrepreneurial and have sound process understanding, combined with focus on quality, dates and economic results You feel comfortable in the corporate environment and enjoy filling your role responsibly and actively shaping structures
