Our client is a successful, owner-guided car group with around 800 employees and several locations in the Osnabrück area. As a result of the strong growth of recent years, staffing has been modernised and centralised.

Now we are looking for a personality that actively contributes to the further development of the pay billing as a professional interface in the personnel division between the central personnel department and the central billing team.

Payments Supporting the billing team in complex issues and special cases Analysis, optimization and further development of existing accounting processes Working on projects for digitalization, automation and standardization Acquisition of own projects for the continuous development of the staff sector Ensuring high process and data quality

Multiannual professional experience in wage billing, pay billing or payroll Good knowledge of pay tax, social security and labour law Ideally experience with more complex accounting behaviour, such as surcharges, variable remunerations or minijobs Joy in developing processes and actively shaping projects Structured, independent mode of operation and pronounced communication skills Closed commercial training, e.g. as a tax specialist;r, industrial businessman/wife, merchant/wife for wholesale and foreign trade management, office businessman/wife or a comparable qualification
